Dietary Requirements
We are pleased to cater for genuine dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and medically required food allergies or intolerances, provided these are advised at the time of booking.
Due to the size of the event and the logistics involved in catering for a large number of attendees, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary preferences or lifestyle choices beyond these requirements (including specialised diets such as carnivore, keto, paleo, or similar).
Our catering team is committed to providing high-quality meals that meet the needs of the majority of attendees while ensuring the event runs smoothly. If your dietary preferences fall outside the options above, you are welcome to bring additional food or snacks to supplement the meals provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed, you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel disruptions.
Tickets are transferable to another person. You must notify us via email email 48 hours prior to the event with the name and contact details of the substitute attendee.
