Holistic Healing for Horse & Human
A blend of hands-on and intuitive techniques to support both horse and human. Each session addresses physical imbalances and energetic blockages, tuning into the body’s subtle feedback to restore harmony, movement, and well-being. True healing arises when body and energy align, creating lasting transformation from the inside out.
Bio-Energetic & Time-Line Healing
Adele Edwards specialises in Bio-Energetic and Time-Line Healing, a holistic approach that works with the body’s energy systems to restore balance, flow, and vitality. Through gentle energetic work, she balances meridians and chakras, releasing tension and blockages that may be affecting physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being.
Using Time-Line Healing, Adele accesses the energetic timeline through the pineal gland to identify and clear past patterns and unresolved experiences that continue to vibrate within the energy body. By shifting these imprints at their source, the body and mind are free to realign, creating space for deep transformation and renewed ease.
This combined approach helps horses and humans release pain, stress, and limiting patterns, restoring harmony and supporting natural healing from within.

ACUPUNCTURE
The limbic system, which governs a horse’s nervous responses, is highly receptive to acupuncture—leading to significant improvements in both physical and emotional well-being. While acupuncture alone often yields positive results, combining it with energy healing can accelerate recovery and enhance the overall impact, often reducing treatment time by half.
Acupuncture involves inserting sterilised stainless steel needles into key points along the body’s meridian pathways. This process clears blockages, restoring energy flow and triggering physiological responses such as pain relief, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and nervous system regulation. Many horses also experience noticeable shifts in behavior and mood, both during and after treatment.
Since every horse is unique, each acupuncture session is tailored to their specific needs. When used as a standalone therapy, a series of 4-6 sessions, spaced 7-14 days apart, may be required to achieve optimal results.

Shiatsu: Restoring Balance
Shiatsu is a powerful form of healing touch that works to prevent and treat imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in Eastern medicine, it stimulates specific points along the body's meridian lineshelping to restore energy flow, release tension, and support overall well-being.
Using manual techniques, Shiatsu promotes proper alignment of bones, joints, and muscles while enhancing circulation and nervous system function. It also increases body awareness, helping individuals recognise patterns of tension, poor posture, and energetic blockages.
When combined with acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and pulse diagnosis, Shiatsu becomes part of a comprehensive healthcare system. While deeply relaxing, it also has a dynamic effect, activating the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance itself.

Bowen Therapy: Awakening Flow
Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s soft tissue and fascia to encourage deep relaxation and self-healing. Using precise, rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and ligaments, Bowen helps reset the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.
Unlike other bodywork modalities, Bowen Therapy does not use force or deep pressure. Instead, it works with the body’s innate intelligence, prompting subtle yet powerful shifts that release tension, reduce pain, and restore natural movement.
Many people and animals experience relief from:
Muscular and joint pain
Back, neck, and shoulder tension
Stress, anxiety, and fatigue
Injury recovery and postural issues
Because it addresses the body as a whole, Bowen Therapy often creates improvements not just in physical comfort, but also in energy levels, sleep, and overall well-being. Gentle and non-invasive, it is suitable for all ages and can be adapted to meet individual needs.

Cupping & Moxibustion:
Cupping is an ancient therapy that uses gentle suction to draw tension and stagnation out of the body. By creating a vacuum with glass or silicone cups, circulation is stimulated, lymphatic flow is encouraged, and the body’s natural detoxification processes are supported.
This therapy helps release tight muscles, ease pain, and improve energy flow, making it especially effective for back, neck, and shoulder tension. Many people also experience a deep sense of relaxation and lightness as the body lets go of what it has been holding.

Moxibustion is a traditional therapy that uses the gentle warmth of burning mugwort herb (moxa) to nourish and restore the body. Applied near specific points, the heat penetrates deeply into the tissues, stimulating circulation, easing pain, and replenishing energy.
Moxa is often used to strengthen the immune system, improve digestion, support women’s health, and bring balance to the body’s energetic flow. The soothing warmth not only relieves discomfort but also leaves a sense of comfort, vitality, and overall well-being.

Ayurveda: Nature’s Wisdom
Ayurveda, the ancient healing system of India, is rooted in the deep connection between nature and human well-being. It teaches that our health is governed by doshas—the body's energy patterns—and that balance is key to vitality. Through diet, exercise, massage, and herbal remedies, Ayurveda helps restore harmony, guiding individuals toward their true nature (prakriti).
Every person is unique, and maintaining equilibrium prevents dis-ease while imbalance leads to discomfort. Healing begins with awareness—listening to the body’s signals and making conscious choices that support health. A strong digestive fire is essential, and simple adjustments like warm water, nourishing foods, and mindful eating can enhance digestion and energy flow.
We are more than just body and mind; our life force energy determines our overall well-being. By honoring it, we create a lifestyle that sustains health, balance, and longevity—allowing the body to function at its best. Treat your body as a temple, and it will reward you with vitality.
